These terms apply when you buy from Surat Electricals, Shop No. 2, Rang Heights, near Narayan Vidhya Vihar School, Tulsidham Road, Bharuch 392001, Gujarat, on this website, on WhatsApp or at the counter.

Prices and GST

Retail prices on this website include GST and show the date they were last updated. Makers revise their price lists from time to time, so the final price is the one on your order confirmation or bill. Wholesale prices are shown only to verified trade buyers and are inclusive of GST. Every sale gets a proper GST invoice with our GSTIN and HSN codes. Please ask for your bill — it protects your warranty.

Orders

An order is a request until we confirm it. Only items shown as in stock can be ordered online. If an item has no price shown, we confirm its price and delivery date with you before you pay. We may decline an order, for example if a price shown was clearly wrong; if you have already paid, the full amount is refunded. The minimum order value is ₹500 on retail orders (including GST) and ₹500 before GST on wholesale orders.

Payment

We accept cash, UPI and bank transfer only in the firm’s name. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account. Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in India. Free delivery in and around Bharuch (within 10 km) and on orders of ₹10,000 or more. Elsewhere in India the delivery charge depends on the size of your order and where it goes, and is paid separately. We confirm the charge and delivery time on WhatsApp after you order. Returns, refunds and warranty

We do not give money back for returned products. Unused products in original packing can be exchanged for another product within 7 days with the bill. Cut wire/cable lengths cannot be exchanged. See returns, refunds & cancellation. All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Bring the product with your bill and we will help you with the brand’s service process.

Product information

Brand names belong to their owners and are used only to describe the products we sell. Photos show the actual item or the same item from the maker’s range; the finish can look slightly different in daylight. Please check the rating and size you need before you buy, and get electrical work done by a qualified electrician.

Disputes

Please talk to us first — most problems are solved with a call. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bharuch, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
