Returns & exchange

We do not give money back for returned products. Unused products in original packing can be exchanged for another product within 7 days with the bill. Cut wire/cable lengths cannot be exchanged.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order on WhatsApp or phone any time before it is dispatched or handed over. If you have already paid, the amount is refunded within 7 days. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. Once delivered, the returns & exchange rule above applies.

Refunds

If an order is cancelled, the amount you paid is refunded within 7 days to the same card, UPI or bank account through Cashfree. The same applies if we cannot supply an item you paid for, you were charged twice, or the payment failed but money was deducted. Products already delivered are exchanged, not returned for money.

Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Bring the product with your bill and we will help you with the brand’s service process.
