This website is run by Surat Electricals, Shop No. 2, Rang Heights, near Narayan Vidhya Vihar School, Tulsidham Road, Bharuch 392001, Gujarat. We collect only what we need to sell to you, deliver your order and give you a proper bill.

What we collect

  • Google sign-in: your name and email address, when you sign in to order or to register for wholesale.
  • Orders: your name, mobile number, delivery address and PIN code, what you ordered and the payment status.
  • Wholesale registration: your business name, contact name, mobile number, address and GSTIN (if you give one). Your mobile number may be checked with a one-time SMS code.
  • Enquiries and “tell me when it is back”: your name, mobile number, the product and your message.

Payments are handled by Cashfree. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Cashfree directly; we never see or store them. Search by photo works on your phone: the photo itself is not sent to us, only a list of numbers that describes it.

Why we use it

  • To confirm, bill, deliver and support your orders, including warranty help.
  • To verify wholesale buyers and show them trade prices.
  • To reply to your enquiries on phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • To keep GST and accounting records as the law requires.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who else handles it

Only the services that run this website for us: our database and hosting providers, Google (sign-in and order emails), Cashfree (payments) and our SMS provider (verification codes). Each handles your data only to provide that service. We share information with government authorities only when the law requires it.

Cookies and your browser

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. Your cart is saved in your own browser. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Order and billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Enquiries and account details are kept while you are a customer, or until you ask us to delete them.
